At the moment, the consumer advice centre is warning of an increased volume of phishing e-mails.

Unfortunately, we have recently received more and more information that there are also e-mails in circulation that advertise an Aeria competition.

Such a competition does not exist. This is an unauthorized promotion.

  • Let's share anything you like... It can be your words or one of the famous poems, short stories, quotes you like and which is important for you.

I do like reading poems, especially from American literature and I love Edgar Allen Poe...

here is one of his poems I want to share with you

Take this kiss upon the brow!

And, in parting from you now,

Thus much let me avow —

You are not wrong, who deem

    That my days have been a dream;

Yet if hope has flown away

In a night, or in a day,

In a vision, or in none,

Is it therefore the less gone?

All that we see or seem

Is but a dream within a dream.*

    I stand amid the roar

    Of a surf-tormented shore,

And I hold within my hand

Grains of the golden sand —

How few! yet how they creep

Through my fingers to the deep,

    While I weep — while I weep!

O God! Can I not grasp

    Them with a tighter clasp?

O God! can I not save

    One from the pitiless wave?

Is all that we see or seem

But a dream within a dream?*

The secret of life is stayin' up late

The secret of life is try not to hurry

    But don't wait

The secret of life is a good cup of coffee

The secret of life is keep your eye on the ball

    The Meaning of Life

To love is to share life together,
to build special plans just for two,
    to work side by side,
    and then smile with pride,
as one by one, dreams all come true.

To love is to help and encourage
with smiles and sincere words of praise,
    to take time to share,
    to listen and care
    in tender, affectionate ways.

To love is to have someone special,
one on whom you can always depend
to be there through the years,
    sharing laughter and tears,
    as a partner, a lover, a friend.

To love is to make special memories
of moments you love to recall,
    of all the good things
    that sharing life brings.
Love is the greatest of all.

    I've learned the full meaning
    of sharing and caring
    and having my dreams all come true;
    I've learned the full meaning
    of being in love
by being and loving with you.

  • Romance's Stillness

    Sparkling lights in darkened sky,

Lend their warmth to the stillness,

    Golden round moon shining brightly,

    Reflected upon calm watery stillness,

    Soft breezes flowing gently over,

    Scenes found in romance's stillness,

Sharing the bliss only lovers see,

With brightened sight thru night stillness,

Into the enraptured soul of another.

  • Ode to Coffee

Steam rises from cup of porcelain

A rich brown stream for basal overlain

    Heady aroma enticingly wafting peace

Patiently, cup waits for tilted release

    Mocha soothingly poured transpires

An open maw to satiate desires

    Ignited by the resplendent brew

Such a splendid way to start anew

  • Befriending a Stranger

Befriending a stranger, a man full of heart's good

Faithfully, through it all, by you I have stood

Growing the forbidden, a profound sense of love

So enraptured I soared with the wings of a dove

With eyes from afar, tenderly watching I have waited

As you strove to molt your feathers far outdated

Unsought proud praise and fleeting words of play

Marked only with the finality of the dream's day

As upon strong new wings, you found your flight

The eagle withing you has flown from my sight

Contentedly the soaring dove has found peace

Cherishing memories before the eagle's release

Having returned from wings of fancy flight

This dove has succumbed to blinded sight

Though my heart was in your talon's danger

I am better for having befriending a stranger
