Purchasing an Item Recovery allows you to recover one item that broke from Lapis/lapisia in the past 30 days. You will receive a Soul Essence that will be used in recovering your item.
Aeria has the right to remove this offer from the web item mall at any time.
Important Rules:
1. You MUST have at available space in your warehouse. This is necessary for an item restoration; not doing this will severely delay any item recovery.
2. You MUST leave the Soul Essence in your bank. Removing the Soul Essence from the bank voids any item recovery. We will verify the purchase!
3. You MUST provide information for us to restore the item. To avoid any mistakes or problems, please provide as much info as possible from the list below.

Once the item is purchased, you must send us the following information on the item you want to restore using the Contact Us form, selecting the Shaiya category.
- Contact ticket title: Item recovery - Be sure to put "Item recovery" as the Subject!
- Account Name:
- Character's Name Who Broke The Item:
- Name of Server the Character was on:
- Exact Name of item (Do not use slang names or abbreviations):
- Day the item was Broken (Must be within a month from the date you purchased the Item Recovery):
- Other: - Other info that may help us identify the Item to recover.
Delivery
If the above conditions are met, the item will be restored within 5 business days after providing the necessary information. Any inconsistent information provided will likely significantly delay item restoration.

2. Can I use this item for an item on an account other than the purchasing account?
No.
3. Can I save my restore for a later date?
No. This is a limited time offer, it has to be used now, or the chance for restoration will be lost. We will verify the date of purchase.
