Patch notes:

Game Guard is no longer be required to play Shaiya. Here's how this works:

After downloading and installing this patch, Game Guard won't start anymore once you start up Shaiya. The Game Guard files will still be where they were, as the patch doesn't delete them, but they're no longer used.

We DO NOT recommend uninstalling or deleting them unless you are ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN. Other games like WolfTeam still require Game Guard, and you may experience technical difficulties if you delete the files. If you're not certain, we recommend you leave the files alone.

Eventually, a full client that does not install Game Guard at all will be made available.

-Server Maintenance-

The Weekly Server Maintenance is BACK!!! Don't be surprised when you get disconnected at 5:00 PM because you go into shock due to some unknown ailment! Maintenance should last only approx 2 hours unless it is LUPUS, but then again if it is Lupus we will have to do a battery of test to prove it isn't! Have fun today in Monster Madness while we get your CT scans back and ask the team how to get you all fixed up.

Objective: Be Disconnected!

Reward: A chance to go to various website and catch up on all those tv show episodes you missed.

What to bring: Stuff that lasts approx 2 hours, food, an expectation to be disconnected!
