Due to player request, we are bringing back an old item to satisfy some player needs.
This item brings your current EXP down to 0%, but is only usable if you are above 50% of the way to the next level. It is also only usable in the Borderland Maps, and only by characters level 15 and above. This item can keep you from leveling if you wish to do so. It also gives you a short 5 minute buff, Kinda like a Clean Hit Nos od Wizardship Nos.
