Purchasing this item allows you to revive one character from permanent death or deletion.
Aeria has the right to remove this offer from the web item mall at any time.
Important Rules:
1. You MUST have at least one character slot available on your account to revive a character. This is necessary for a character revival; not doing this will severely delay any character revival.
2. You MUST leave the Ghost Essence in your bank. Removing the Ghost Essence from the bank voids any character revival. We will verify the purchase!
3. You MUST provide information for us to revive the character. To avoid any mistakes or problems, please provide as much info as possible from the list below.
4. You may want to check if there is a character with the same name in existence. You may provide us with no more than 3 alternative names. If all character names are taken, we will give a generic, random name that you will likely want to change later (we will not do this for you).

If the above conditions are met, the character will be revived within 5 business days after providing the necessary information. Any inconsistent information provided will likely significantly delay character revival.
FAQ
1. Will items be on my character when it is revived (i.e. the items I died with)?
Yes.
2. Can I use this item for a character on account other than the purchasing account?
I see no reason why not, as long as you specify that in the Ticket (http://www.aeriagames.com/contact).
However, In this case, you also need to put the account name and Deleted Character's name of that person you are restoring. Also specify at the end YOUR account name so the item an be removed -- no character will be revived if we can't see an item in the bank. So, reasonably, we can conclude that without knowing your account we will not see the item and thus the person will not receive a resurrection.
3. Can I save my restore for a later date?
No. This is a limited time offer, it has to be used now, or the chance for revival will be lost. We will verify the date of purchase.
